Transfers are not required as you are met at the terminal.
Arrival Procedures
You should proceed to the Set Down Area, which is the Lay By in front of the terminal building, which is on the left as you drive up the ramp. A representitive of Stansted Valet Parking will be waiting for you with a trolley for your luggage. Return details will be confirmed and keys handed over. If the road leading to the terminal is closed for security reasons proceed to Zone D of the Short Stay car park by the ticket machines. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early or late for your agreed meet time and you haven't called 0785 4246147 to advise we cannot guarantee that the driver will be there to meet you.
Departure Procedures
You should proceed to the Pick Up Area in section D of the short stay car park. This is one floor down in the terminal building and reached by turning left and following signs indicating Pick Up Point. The driver will be waiting with your car ready for your collection.

Directions
Exit the M11 at junction 8 if you are travelling from the North or exit at junction 8a if you are travelling from the South and follow signs for the airport terminal. YOU ARE ASKED TO CALL THE CAR PARK THE DAY BEFORE YOU ARE DUE TO ARRIVE TO CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL PROCEDURE ON 0800 180 4023 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 0800-1800hrs. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, YOU MUST CALL THE FRIDAY BEFORE.

Other Useful Information
Car park will not be operating after 16.00hrs on Christmas Eve, all day Christmas Day and Boxing Day, after 16:00hrs on New years Eve and all day New Years Day.
